Shop Refurbishment

Another fantastic and on time shop refurbishment carried out by our team this summer in the Leicester branch of STA Travel. This is just one of latest shop refurbishments we have carried out for the company over the last 25 years.

Ground Works

Everything from drainage to patios

Over the summer of 2016 we undertook the removal of several inadaquate waste water chambers, ready for the instalation of new, adaquate ones. This required digging the old chambers out, resetting the new ones in the ground, connecting and testing the sewerage pipes, and the lifting and relaying of turf. We were also contracted to lift and relay several flagged pathways and patio areas, along with creating leveled access to the property enterances.

House Renovation

On time, and on budget

We were tasked with a part renovation/refurb of an older property in Salford, Manchester. This included a redesign of the existing kitchen cupboards aswell as blocking up an archway. Stripping, cleaning and filling the living room walls and skirting to recieve fresh paint. New door casings and architrave throughout. Strip out and renew the electric sockets and cabling to the kitchen,bedroom and lounge, with new lighting in the kitchen. Strip back the painted floor in the bedroom and reinstate the original fire place. We also assisted in the fitting of a log burner fire to the lounge.
To say the client was happy is an understatement.
